By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the wrbos platform — whether via the website at wrbos.net or through the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the wrbos platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Wrbos services are limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the account registration date.
• Not residing in a region or country that prohibits participation in online gaming and betting.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period, whether self-imposed or imposed by a third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Register in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any third party.

When registering an account at wrbos, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

The identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) is part of wrbos platform operations. You may be required to submit verification documents such as:

• MyKad identification card (front and back)
• Bank statement or proof of address dated within the last 3 months
• Screenshot or copy of the payment method used
• Selfie with identity document (in certain circumstances)

First withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain limits require KYC to be completed before processing. The KYC verification process is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.

Wrbos supports a variety of deposit methods commonly used in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX (online banking), TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are credited to your account automatically once payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your account name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after deducting the handling fee
• Wrbos does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges

Withdrawals from your wrbos account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 per transaction
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (in most cases)
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal
• Accounts must be fully KYC-verified for withdrawals exceeding certain daily limits
• Withdrawals are typically processed in under 5 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallets

Wrbos reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals that are unusual in amount or activity pattern. These checks are to protect the security of your account and may take up to 24 hours in certain cases.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and wrbos account login credentials. wrbos will never request your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other site
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security
• Do not log in from public devices or unsecured WiFi networks
• Always log out completely after each session when using a shared device
• Report to wrbos support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Wrbos is not liable for losses resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility until a formal report of unauthorised access is made.

Wrbos is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The wrbos platform offers the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings
• Loss Limit: The maximum total amount you can lose within a specified period
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily session time limit for gameplay
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Restrict access to your account from 24 hours up to 6 months
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure for those requiring serious intervention

Wrbos reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion activity
• Use of automation software or exploitation of system bugs
• Instructions from relevant authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

For closures resulting from a breach of terms, wrbos reserves the right to withhold all balances in the account. For closures due to other reasons not caused by user fault, valid balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation.

The wrbos platform is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties. wrbos is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned technical maintenance
• Internet failure, hardware issues, or software problems on the user's end
• Financial losses resulting from the player's betting decisions
• Unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to secure their account
• Errors in information provided by the user during registration or KYC

Wrbos liability to users shall not exceed the total amount deposited into the account in the 12 months preceding the liability claim.

Wrbos reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on wrbos.net. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Notification will be sent via registered email or in-app notification for any significant and material amendments. Continued use of the wrbos platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to settle the dispute through arbitration or an appropriate jurisdiction.
